Citizens can check their application status through SMS also. To track the Saral application, send an SMS “SARAL” to “7738299899” from your registered mobile number OR send an SMS “SARAL<space>Application ID” to “7738299899” from any mobile number. Application status will be shared through an SMS.

For example, If your application ID is “23648565”, you can send an SMS “SARAL 23648565” to 7738299899 from any mobile number OR you can type “SARAL” and send an SMS to 7738299899 from your registered mobile number.

Track application status on Service Plus Portal

Saral Haryana is powered by the ServicePlus framework so you can check the application status on the Service Plus portal also.

  • Visit the official Service Plus portal website.
  • Click the Track Application link on the homepage.
  • On the next page, you can check the status by using the application reference ID or mobile OTP verification.

How to apply for government service in Saral Haryana?

Haryana citizens can apply for any service after logging in to the Saral Haryana portal After login, select Apply for Services and select the department or scheme/service to which you want to apply.

Please follow the below steps.

  1. Visit the official portal
  2. Login to your account.
  3. After login, select the department and service.
  4. Click the service which you want to apply for.
  5. Fill out the application form.
  6. Pay the required application fee.
  7. Note down the application reference ID.

  • Click the “Search Schemes/Services” link in the top menu.
  • On the next page, you can type any keyword and search for the service.
  • You can also select the department and service.
  • After the search, click the service that you want to apply for.
  • You will be redirected to a service information page.
  • On this page, you will find documents related to that service including all the information such as eligibility criteria, list of required documents, service fee, time limit, etc.

Status of received applications on the Service Plus portal

Citizens can check the status of total applications received by the Haryana government through the Service Plus portal.

  • Visit the Service Plus portal.
  • Click the States Onboard link.
  • Click the Haryana state link.

Service-wise report:

  • Visit the Service Plus portal.
  • Move down the page and click the “State Wise Pendency Report” link.
  • Click the number under the Launched Service(s) column after Haryana state.
  • You will see a list of all services including the pending, delivered status, and average processing time.

If we talk about all services, the total delivered services are 3145236 and the total delivered services within SLA are 1451569.

We can conclude that around 46% of services have been delivered within SLA, around 9% of services have been delivered within SLA + 7 days, 8.5% of services have been delivered within SLA + (8 to 15 days), and around 36% services have been delivered within SLA + more than 15 days.
