The Haryana government has launched an online web portal Antyodaya Saral Haryana to deliver government services to citizens in the state. As of now, Haryana residents can apply for 600+ government-to-citizens (G2C) services through an online mode on the Antyodaya Saral Haryana portal.
The Saral Haryana portal was made with a vision to provide an online unified platform that will be connected to all departments so that all citizens can access any service in a convenient, hassle-free, and faster way.
Some important services that citizens can apply for are Birth and Death certificates, Electricity connections, Pension schemes, Ration cards, Different types of licenses, Subsidy, Water connections, Financial assistance, Income, Marriage, Character certificate, etc.

All Haryana citizens can log in to the Saral portal and submit an online application for any service. You must be a registered member of the portal.
- Visit the Saral portal.
- On the homepage, you will find a login form powered by the Service Plus framework.
- Enter your Login ID, Password, and Captcha code.
- Press the Submit button.
How to reset the password?
- In case you forgot your password, click the Forgot Password link on the login form.
- On the password reset page, enter your Login ID and the given security code.
- Press the Submit button.
- You will receive an email on the registered email ID.
- Check your email and click the password reset link and create a new password.
Saral Haryana Registration
All citizens must register a new account on the Saral Haryana portal to access government services in the Haryana state. After registration, you can apply for 600+ services across the state such as Water, Bill connection, Ration card, licenses and certificates, etc.

- Click the “New user? Register here” link on the login page.
- A registration page will open in a pop-up.
- Fill out this registration form and submit it.

Who developed the Saral Haryana portal?
The Saral portal is developed by National Informatics Center. It is powered by the Service Plus Framework which is a meta-data-based e-Service delivery framework and a part of the Panchayat Enterprise Suite (PES) under the e-Panchayat Mission Mode Project (MMP).
What is Haryana Right To Service (RTS) Act, 2014?
The Haryana Right To Service(RTS) Act, 2014 allows citizens to access government services in a hassle-free, corruption-free, and time-bound manner.
As per this Act:
a. An eligible person shall make a duly filled-in application to the Designated Person for obtaining any service.
b. The Designated Officer shall provide the service to the eligible person or reject the application within the notified time limit, and in case of rejection of the application, shall record the reasons in writing and intimate the same to the applicant.
c. Notified time limit shall start from the date when a requisite complete application for the notified service is received by the Designated Officer or a person subordinate to him authorized to receive the application. Such application shall be duly acknowledged.
d. Any eligible person may file an appeal to the higher authorities in case a citizen faces rejection without a satisfactory reason or if the notified timeline is not followed.
e. Haryana Right to Service Commission has been constituted to guarantee the right to service under this Act.
